Renovation and extension of the house on the island of Hvar is a hommage to the outstanding architecture of the seventies and Mediterranean way of life, but also an exercise in restraint. Rustic local stone protects cool, white interior, panoramic windows with silver shutters are framing views towards pine forest and sea. Stark white horizontals are playing dual role – as a fence for extensive balconnies and flower pot, full of indigineous plants, but also signalling that nothing realy changed except some cleaning of the original concept.
